Enter your income decile and the out-of-pocket copayments you paid over a year, and it shows the amount above the ceiling right away.
Calculations use the copayment ceiling table by income decile published by the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) for 2026. Categories that change the ceiling, such as long-term stays (over 120 days) in long-term care hospitals, are also reflected.
